The D-Mented One ID

The thing that's really interesting about him is that he can invent gadgets to augment his normal abilities and appearance on the ID(which will happen in the future). His only weapon right now is his shotgun/revolver. All of his shots have the ability to create a temporary connection between dimensions. Unfortunately it currently is down to 5 shots due to trying to arrive here. He will however, create a new device to accomplish the very same thing his shots already do.
